Non-defective items purchased on litezall.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit. Proof of purchase is required. Non-defective items must be unopened or in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Please call us or use our Contact Us Form. We will issue a return Authorization Number. No refunds after 30 days although we may offer store credit. Applies to items purchased at retail or from laysun.com.
We will exchange non-working items due to manufacturer’s defects or items that we shipped in error at no charge to you. Please call customer service at +8613646666266 to make arrangements. Please note that we cannot exchange items due to normal wear and tear or abuse.
We cannot give refunds on items not directly purchased from laysun.com.
