Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. We will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your package is dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries in the United States, European Union and other regions. Some remote areas may not be available for delivery. We reserve the right to cancel orders to unsupported locations.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated transit time after shipment (for reference only, not guaranteed):

• United States: 7–15 business days
• European countries: 10–20 business days Delivery delays may occur due to carrier congestion, weather events, customs inspection, or public holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on destination, package weight and dimensions. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Promotion rules apply as shown on the website.

5. Customs & Import Duties

All import taxes, customs duties, VAT and brokerage fees charged by your local customs office are the responsibility of the buyer. We will declare the product value according to relevant export regulations. We cannot mark orders as "gift" to avoid customs duties.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Tracking information will be provided once shipped. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package:

• Please check with neighbors, building management or local post office first.
• Contact us at sales@laysun.com for assistance. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 15 days after the marked delivery date.

7. Address Modification

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. If you need to update your address before shipment, email sales@laysun.com immediately. Once shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
