Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days after the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging with all accessories intact.
• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless the product arrives defective.
• Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging may be required for return review.

Non-returnable items:

• Items marked Final Sale
• Consumable products that have been opened
• Products damaged due to improper use, accident or modification by the customer

2. Return Process

1. Submit your return request via email: sales@laysun.com. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
2. We will review your request and send return instructions if approved.
3. Ship the item back following our provided return address.

Return shipping cost note:

• If the return is caused by our mistake (wrong item, defective product, missing parts): we cover return shipping fees.
• If you return items for personal reasons (change of mind): you are responsible for return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the refund approval. Refund will be issued to your original payment account (AMEX, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, JCB, Mastercard, PayPal, VISA). Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process and show the refund in your account.

4. Damaged / Defective Items

If your product arrives broken, defective or missing components, please contact us at sales@laysun.com within 7 days of delivery. Attach clear photos/videos of the package and product. We will offer replacement, partial refund or full refund based on the situation.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the parcel has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available, and you need to submit a return request after receiving the package.
